Hey guys!!!
Okay so its been a while since my last blog, im not even going to give you any excuses I was just LAZY! ahaha okay today Trimdextra FINALLY arrived, and my trial starts today! I will take photos for you and in a months time we will see the results!!! :)
Well I've been going to the gym everyday for a about a week and i'm pretty safe to say that I am addicted ahaha. I don't see it as a bad thing though.
Okay so for a trimdextra update. The pill is not big and is easy to swallow, ive only had one pill so far because I received just before lunch here in Australia. so far its great! I sat down to lunch with my chicken salad and only ate half :) its going to be good I think, but it is only early days :)
well im off for now but I will leave you a picture that I can't seem to forget and has given me a lot of perspective on things
So to all you ladies and gents who have the mind saying ' I just want to be skinny' just think, whats better? Fit and healthy or skinny ? Sure being skinny would be great! but I would much rather be fit and healthy than anything else :)
I will try and post tomorrow, but no promises ahaha

Hey there bloggers and readers!! How's your week been so far? Me? I've been alright, I guess ahaa. Okay let's get right into it. Healthy eating you say? Well there's been none of that un fortunately, my family cook such delicious food, full of fat or at least a higher percentage than I would like. But tomorrow is just another day ahahaha. Okay seriously now, over the last two days I did something and I totally regret it after doing it, but it is just a trial. I bought Trimdextra diet pills, apparently they are the best diet pills to use. Now I'm all for the healthy way of losing weight (healthy eating and exercise) it's just a trial. I was going to do a blog about Trimdextra and what better way to do that then to actually start taking the pills. Okay so, for all those people that do not know what Trimdextra is, let me tell you about it.
This is what the bottle looks like. I haven't actually received it yet, but when I do I will update you on it.
Phytosome Green Tea is extremely popular because it helps you lose weight by being easily absorbed into the body, burning fat faster. In fact, a recent study shows this ingredient helps people lose three times more weight than normal.

Okay back to the blog. Have you ever just went to Google for motivation? I have and I do it all the time! I look on Google for picture and little quotes and it really is uplifting and very motivating. I recommend this little trick if you are just like me and lack constant motivation and will power. However, in saying that once you see results and I have been through this myself its very rewarding and your motivation becomes more frequent and you will power gets stronger! Then that's when I get lazy :/ but this time I will prevail and I will be the person I want to be!!
But you know what? Weight loss starts with your mentality. I had started countless numbers of diets but failed each and every one of them, you know why? I wasn't comfortable in my own skin, do want to know what I did? is topped thinking about diets and exercising and everything else that comes with it, I focused on me, myself and I. It worked once I was comfortable in my own skin and didn't give a damn about what people thought of me, that's when I decided to get back on the dieting band wagon. You know what it's not even a diet it's healthy living to a better you. Tomorrow I will take some before photos and in a month I will take some more, I think that's what will hold me accountable! I might even buy some scales. But remember weight loss starts with your mind! Nothing tastes better than what healthy feels. Make sure each and everyone of you remember that :)
One thing I have had to accept over the time I have been overweight, which has only been two years, is that it can't and will not happen overnight, you have to have patience and persevere. That is also something I have to remember. you didn't put weight on overnight and you will not lose it overnight (unfortunately!)
I will give it 12 weeks, will you ?
Anyways I'm going to skedaddle for now, I have LOTS of Uni work to do :(

One pound at a time
Hey all you other bloggers out there!
so I'm not really sure how to set this out or what to write, but I will figure it out. So, I'm on a weight loss journey and its scary, most days I think I'm in way over my head and how did I let it get this bad ?!? Okay so the whole point of this blog was to hopefully motivate others to take a weight loss journey and get healthy, after all isn't that why you're all reading this? I'll start off with all the nitty gritty details first. I am female and I'm 21 years old, I don't actually know how much I way right now but last time I checked I was about 130kg (cringe!) which is about 286 lbs. and I am 175cm tall which 5''9. Yeah I am quite tall, hence the name Tall Stack in reference to pancakes. All up I want to get down to my pre pregnancy weight, which I don't know but it was around 60 kg which is about 134lbs. I have quite a long journey to go. If I work it out real quick all up I need to lose about 70kgs and 156 lbs. Holy crap!! that's a lot of weight! I need to stay motivated and on track! I know I can do it. The problem is I always start things but never finish them, but trust me this is one thing I am DETERMINED to finish and maintain til the day I die!
But the aim of the game is to go slow and steady for a long lasting affect and just one pound at a time. a pound of fat is a lot of fat when you see it.

In all honesty, it's quite gross, but in reality when you look at it, what at home do you have that weight 70kgs? and I have been carrying that extra weight on me on my bones on my body, I'm amazed I'm still standing. I can do this and I will do this, if not for me then I will for my daughter!
I wonder how long this motivation will keep before I lose it again. ahahaha
